Prior to confirming your first booking,Cindy comes to you and your animals at your home/property.
At this getting to know you visit we go through exactly what will be required including any special needs your animal may have,
such as medication, dietary requirements , excerise, grooming , and also the security of your property.
Please note: As Cindy services the Yarra Valley, she is aware of the threat of Bushfires throughout the summer period.
Should you have an animal minded with Cindy throughout this period, you can rest assured that she will do everything possible to ensure the safety of your animals, including relocation/evacuation to a safer area if necessary.
This would also be covered at the Meet & Greet visit to discuss the preferred options.

No surcharge for Public Holidays.
No booking or admin. fees.
No charge for Meet & Greet visit.
No extra charge for late or out of hours bookings.
No charge for an extra 10 minuttes !
No extra charge for time and duty should your pet become sick and need to go to the vet. (vet costs only)
No extra charge for key return visits.
No Travel fees ,so long as you live within Cindys service area.
No hidden costs!
No refunds if you return early - once Cindy's duty of care has commenced.
BASE RATE : $25.00 pr.visit

ADDITIONAL PETS /ANIMALS :
V.I.P PETS - Horses, Dogs & Cats: + $2,50 each pr. visit
HOBBY FARM ANIMALS -Alpahas,goats,sheep,paddock ponies,pigs..
single + $2.50 pr.visit
small herd,flock or mixedgroup + $5.00 pr.visit
hand milking of cows and goats + $2.50 pr. animal
POCKET PETS & PONDS/AQUARIUMS

single Aquarium, Cage,Hutch,Coop : + $2.50 pr. visit
Several mixed Cages,Hutches,Coops or Avairies: + $5.00 pr. visit
